Blueprint Printing

Lithographic printing is still the norm for the majority of business printing. It achieves the highest definition and a huge range of colours. The two main processes are process printing where 4 colours are used to print everything, or spot colour printing to match specific colours including metallic’s and fluorescents.

Litho printing is very cost effective for quantities of 250 and above. Print runs of hundreds of thousands can be produced from a single set of printing plates, once the machine is up and running we can produce over 150,000 full colour business cards per hour!

At Blueprint we offer both types of printing to ensure the method we use is perfectly suited to your requirements and budget. We have many years of experience and are more than happy to offer you a tour of our factory to see your work being printed.

Our Presstek 34DI is a highly automated four colour digital offset press ideally suited for fast turnaround, short-run, high-quality color printing. The 34DI produces up to 14,000 A4 sheets per hour, electronic file to finished printed sheets occurs in under 9 minutes. The streamlined digital workflow reduces the time and cost to turn a job around while delivering extremely fine printing up to 300 lines per inch and even stochastic screening on a broad range of substrate thicknesses up to 0.5mm.
